Yes. There is no setup fee, no monthly subscription, no per-court charge and no charge per admin or coach account. We add a small fee to the booking fee your players pay at checkout, and that is how the platform is funded. If your club takes no bookings, it costs your club nothing.
The player pays, as part of the total shown at checkout — there is no surprise charge after the fact. The amount is small relative to court hire and we agree it with you before you go live. We will walk through the exact numbers on the demo call.
Most clubs come to us from a spreadsheet, a shared calendar or another booking platform. We bring your recurring bookings, school terms and squad sessions across before you go live so your first day looks like your real season.
Yes, and this is one of the reasons clubs move to us. Schools are modelled properly: a school holds its own pupil roster with parent and guardian contacts, courts can be allocated for a whole term or year in one action, and cancelling a school session notifies every assigned coach at once.
Supported. Bookings can repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly, on chosen weekdays, with custom intervals and month-specific patterns. Individual dates can be skipped without breaking the rest of the series.
No. Overlapping bookings on the same court are rejected by the database itself, not just by the interface. That holds even when two people book the same slot at the same moment.
A player types or speaks what they want — “find me a court this Saturday at 3pm” or “book a coach tomorrow morning” — and we read the date, time and duration out of it and show what is actually free. It always shows you what it understood before you book, and you can adjust it. Players who prefer to browse can still browse.
Yes. Memberships apply their own rates automatically at checkout, and you can give members a priority booking window ahead of casual players.
You do. Your bookings, players and schools are your club’s records. There is no lock-in and you can have an export whenever you ask for one.
Yes. TennisPlay is built and supported in Sydney by CSMT3CH, and is live at a Sydney tennis club today. Prices are in Australian dollars and times run in your club’s local timezone.
