Terms & Conditions

The agreement that governs your use of the TennisPlay platform — whether you run a club or play at one.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

TennisPlay is a tennis club management platform built, owned and operated by CSMT3CH (“CSMT3CH”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The platform provides court booking, coaching, group lessons, packages, memberships and payment tools to tennis clubs and their players.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to two kinds of users:

  • Clubs — tennis clubs, associations or coaching businesses that use TennisPlay to run their operations (“Club”, “you” where the context relates to club administration); and
  • Players — individuals who create an account to book courts, coaching, group sessions, packages or memberships at a Club (“Player”, “you” where the context relates to bookings).

By creating an account, making a booking, or using the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TennisPlay.

2. The service

TennisPlay is provided as software-as-a-service. We host, maintain and operate the platform on behalf of Clubs. The platform includes court and coach scheduling, group and lesson management, membership and package management, online payments, automated notifications, and AI-assisted booking search.

We are continuously improving TennisPlay. Features may be added, changed or retired over time. Where a change materially reduces functionality a Club relies on, we will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice.

3. Fees

Our pricing model is deliberately simple:

  • The platform is free. There are no licence fees, subscription fees or per-user charges for Clubs.
  • Setup is free. We configure the platform for your Club — courts, rates, coaches, memberships and packages — at no cost.
  • We charge a small admin fee on bookings. A modest administration fee is applied to bookings processed through the platform. The current fee is disclosed to the Club in writing before go-live and is visible at checkout where it applies.

Admin fees are deducted automatically as part of payment processing. We may vary the admin fee by giving Clubs at least 30 days’ written notice. All fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, are used fraudulently, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

5. Bookings and payments

  • When a Player books a court, coach, group session, package or membership, the contract for that service is between the Player and the Club. TennisPlay facilitates the booking and payment; we do not provide the tennis services themselves.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Funds for bookings are paid to the Club, with the TennisPlay admin fee deducted as part of processing.
  • Prices, cancellation windows, refund rules and membership benefits are set by each Club. Check the Club’s policies shown at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, where approved under the Club’s policy, are returned to the original payment method.
  • We never store your full card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

6. Your data is yours

All data a Club and its Players enter into the platform — member records, bookings, schedules, pricing, reports and similar operational data (“Club Data”) — remains the property and intellectual property of the Club. We do not own it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating and supporting the platform.

Clubs grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up and display Club Data solely as needed to provide the service. On termination, we will make Club Data available for export in a standard machine-readable format on request.

7. Our intellectual property

The TennisPlay platform itself — including its software, source code, design, features, AI search capability, branding, and all associated intellectual property — is and remains the exclusive property of CSMT3CH. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the platform to any Club or Player.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works of the platform, or use it to build a competing product.

8. Acceptable use

When using TennisPlay you must not:

  • use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
  • upload content that is offensive, misleading, infringing or harmful;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or underlying systems;
  • interfere with the platform’s operation, including by introducing malware or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data belonging to other users or Clubs.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep TennisPlay available around the clock, but as with any online service we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak booking hours where practical. We provide support to Clubs during setup and on an ongoing basis via our support channels.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the platform is provided “as is”; we are not liable for disputes between Players and Clubs, for the conduct or services of any Club or coach, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total aggregate liability in connection with the platform is limited to the admin fees we received in respect of the transactions giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

Clubs may stop using TennisPlay at any time — there are no lock-in contracts or exit fees. Players may close their account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, data ownership and liability survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
